Meet our Judges

James Bitanga - Chief Culture Officer

James joined Reapra in August 2016, as Chief Legal Officer and Director of Strategy and Communications. With his extensive experience in the Digital Media, Marketing, Legal, and Technology space across Asia and North America as an angel investor and tech lawyer, he now leads the Reapra Culture cluster consisting of the People Dynamics Research, HR, and Ops teams. Together, they oversee and facilitate the development of Reapra and its members into an organization focused on the co-creation of promising businesses and their people.

Priscilla Han, Chief Investment Officer


With more than 10 years of M&A, direct investment and start-up experience, Priscilla joined Reapra in July 2017 as Head of Investments. She was previously the Director and Investment Committee Member of North Base Media, a global digital media and technology fund. Her career first began at Goldman Sachs, before moving into a career in M&A, where she successfully closed deals valued over SGD 370M across Southeast Asia, Japan and NZ at Deloitte and PrimePartners. She is also the co-founder of a mobile discovery app, WeWantSugar and a cafe in Singapore called Cups N Canvas. Priscilla now leads the Investments, Corporate Strategy and Market Analytics teams at Reapra.

Lauren Dallas, Co-founder & CEO of Future Females 

Lauren Dallas is Co-Founder of Future Females, a movement that exists to increase the number of and support the success of female entrepreneurs.  Launched in August 2017, Future Females is now in 24 cities globally and also runs a three-month online business school that has supported over 190 entrepreneurs to build their profitable dream businesses!

A social media & marketing expert, Lauren also founded The Growth Academy, an e-learning platform that supports entrepreneurs to succeed online, which grew to 7 figures in its first year and was listed as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Businesses.

To Ha Linh, Chapter Founder of Future Females Singapore 

Linh founded Future Females Singapore — an Asia debut of a global female leaders movement. Her team was recently crowned the grand champion of the very first Global Sustainability Hackathon — HyperHack by Temasek. She is the founding member of an Edtech company - a gamified learning platform powered by blockchain and expanded its business successfully to Vietnam. She's also currently the Strategic Advisor for What The Hack - an association that aims to make Hackathons, Innovation Challenges become an official module in regional schools to empower student creativity as well as entrepreneurship.

Meet our Mentors

Hang Vo, Founder, Stealth Startup

Hang is a founder in Reapra's portfolio with an expertise in building & launching products and business operations. Based in Vietnam, she has built several ventures from inception to final execution, particularly within the FMCG & Consumer Tech sectors. She is also experienced in building routes-to-market for multiple FMCG products in Vietnam - including building distribution channels, financial projections, and managing people operations. Prior to her current venture, she spent 3 years building Vietnam's first on-demand grocery shopping & delivery app, mainly focusing on Finance & Operations.

Eileen Zhang, Corporate Strategy Associate, Reapra

Eileen is a Corporate Strategy Associate at Reapra. Prior to joining the company, she worked as an advisor at an impact advisory and investment firm in Zurich, advising international development organisations on innovative finance. She also has experiences advising and working with various startups on corporate strategy, business development and venture financing in Switzerland and Hong Kong. Before venturing into the startup ecosystem, Eileen was a policy maker at the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Health in Singapore, developing and implementing national policies.

Eileen holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, as well as Master’s in Banking and Finance and CEMS Master’s in International Management from the University of St. Gallen.

Kia Pongsripetch, Corporate Strategy Associate, Reapra

Kia is a Corporate Strategy Associate at Reapra. She has experience in market entry strategy, business strategy, market analysis, and assisting founders in their journey from business ideation to building and operations. She has been working with founders in different sectors including F&B, Finance, and Accounting in different markets such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Philippines. She is also a part-time lecturer teaching about startups at Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology.

Prior to Reapra, She was a Management Consultant at YCP Holdings, a management consulting and private equity company. She holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology in Thailand and Master’s degree in Management from Tohoku University in Japan.

Khairul Rusydi, Co-founder & CEO, Reactor

Rusydi lives at the intersection of design, education technology, and youth development. A previous Enterprise Singapore (ESG) scholar, Rusydi consulted for SMEs in the domain of human capital development and business excellence. He has previously served on the board of *SCAPE, and currently serves on the SG Youth Action Panel with the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY). He is an Apple Professional Learning Specialist, a member of the Institute for HR Professionals (IHRP), and an alumnus of the Temasek Foundation Young Societal Leaders fellowship. Rusydi currently leads Reactor (www.reactor.school) as the co-founder and CEO.

David-Jonathan Chan (DJ), Corporate Strategy Associate, Reapra

David-Jonathan Chan has been a Corporate Strategy Associate with Reapra since 2017 and is primarily responsible for supporting its portfolio companies across South East Asia. He delivers a mix of strategic and operational guidance while serving as a learning partner to founders in their own personal development journeys. 

He is fascinated by game-changing technologies and business concepts and is passionate about developing the organisations that will allow these ideas to permeate across society.

Prior to joining Reapra, he had worked on industry development and incentives at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and as a strategic plans and business development manager with Singapore Technologies Aerospace. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Adila Sayyed, Founder- CEO of VERE360

Her journey in education started at the age of 15 as a teacher's assistant at a special needs' school. In college, she led a non-profit called KidsAccomplish! - to rethink curricula and pedagogy for 8-12-year-olds. The growing popularity of KidsAccomplish! among Singaporean parents earned her a position as a UN Sustainable Development Goal Talent for Education under UNLEASH in 2017. Her involvement as a UN SDG talent led me to start VERE360 with Izzy Ngo. She also holds a position as an ICT Specialist Teacher at The Grange Institution, a school by Crestar Education Group.

Cordula Pflügl, Future Females Head of Europe

After mapping out the social media strategies for a handful of startups in Europe, Cordula moved to Cape Town and worked in Digital Marketing before she started her own Social Media consultancy. She has been part of the Future Females HQ team since the early beginnings and played a major role in building and scaling the social channels. After working as a Head of Marketing for luxury travel company Cordula joined Future Females full time and is now responsible for the European and international expansion of Future Females.

Nadine Yap, CPO of Tickle Media

Nadine is the CPO of Tickle Media - the largest online content and community platform for women in Asia.

Its flagship brand, theAsianparent.com, is Southeast Asia’s #1 digital parenting destination and reaches over 30 million mums in the region. As a group, our content and community are available in 13 different languages across 7 countries.

Tiffany Robyn Soetikno, Founder of PT Global Urban Esensial, Forbes Asia 30 under 30

Driven to provide Indonesians with greater agency and access to healthcare, T. Robyn Soetikno started PT Global Urban Esensial (PT GUE) in 2016. Since then, Robyn and her team have built a digital health ecosystem, which includes Teman Bumil, the largest pregnancy and parenting app in Indonesia; Doctor to Doctor, the second largest digital doctor network in Indonesia; and GoApotik, which brings 1.300 pharmacies online. Robyn is a recipient of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia. She is passionate about enabling others, especially women to lead societal changes using technology. 

Cerina Bezuidenhout, Co-Founder of Future Females 

Cerina is the co-founder of Future Females. After writing her MBA thesis on the Lean Startup Principles, Cerina was motivated to work with entrepreneurs. With a background in Lean Operations, combined with the Lean Startup principles, Cerina believes that systems provide the structure to make employees feel safe, and allow companies to scale. She met Lauren, her co-founder, working as an associate in an accelerator - a lack of female founders and involvement, led to the birth of Future Females. Since then Cerina has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, from idea phase to Round C funding and startups who have IPO-ed, in geographies crossing Africa, India, Europe and the USA.

Hind El Aoufi, Co-Founder and co- CEO of youforher

A social enterprise with the purpose to make an impact on women's equality through education, and focused on kindness as a new way of working. She has over 12 years of strategy and management consulting experience across France and Australia, specializing in strategic change and culture, and the mindset of innovation. Hind has also led the Australian Digital Transformation Lab, a joint venture between Capgemini and the University of Sydney with the aim of co-creating digital advantage.


Recently, convinced that the game-changers of tomorrow are the organizations that adopt a holistic approach across people, planet, and profit, Hind has founded a practice for social and sustainability impact at Capgemini Invent, the Social Innovators.


Hind's teammates have described her as a leader who really puts her employees first and encourages collaboration.
